"SB19 - First Time in Perth" CD ALBUM Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. This Giveaway is organised by AFTER THE RAIN EVENTS, who is @aftertherain.events on Instagram and @aftertherain_au on X (“Promoter”).
2. By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read and understood, and agreed to abide by, the following conditions of entry, including how to enter, prize details, and our Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any Eligible Entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry to the Giveaway is only open to entrants with Australian address.
4. In each case, entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time the entry is received only by the Promoter, via their manual check and not at the time of transmission by the Eligible Entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected entries or entries not received by the Promoter, or delays in the delivery of the entries that may interfere with an entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion due to technical disruptions, network congestion, inaccurate information, or any loss or damage or injury as a result of technical/telecommunications failures, security breaches, or for any other reason.
5. The Promotion commences at 12pm (AWST) Saturday 22 November 2025 and concludes at 10pm (AWST) on Thursday 18 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
6. No entries will be accepted outside the Promotion Period.
7. One (1) winner will be chosen by random draw and will receive one (1) prize from the Promoter. The winner will be contacted privately via the provided social media username by 20 December 2025 via the Promoter’s social media account.
8. The Winner can only win one (1) giveaway by the Promoter. In a case of multiple wins, the Promoter will notify the Winner and let them choose their Prize.
9. To enter, Eligible Entrants must:
1. Have one (1) concert ticket to SB19’s “Simula at Wakas” World Tour in Perth;
2. Take a photo with one (1) of the limited frames under “SB19 - First Time in Perth” promotion in Pai Pai Films; and
3. Fill out the giveaway form via a Google Forms link, posted by The Promoter.
10. Only one (1) entry per person per giveaway will be accepted. Multiple entries of one (1) person will be voided.
11. All monetary figures in these Terms and Conditions are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST, and based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
12. The Prize refers to:

13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Prize with immediate effect. Any such changes to the Prize will be notified to entrants as soon as reasonably practicable by the Promoter.
14. To claim their prize, the Winner must respond to the Promoter’s private message within 24 hours. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, the winner will forfeit the Prize and a redraw will happen on 22nd of December 2025. Redrawn winner will be notified privately immediately. Only one (1) redrawn will be conducted.
15. Instagram or X are not in any way affiliated or involved in the giveaway.
16. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
17. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
18. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the giveaway or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
19. The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
20. The name, address, email address, phone number, and social media username of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
21. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
22. The Promoter's decision is final.
23. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.

5. There will be three (3) winners: one (1) will be from the tag promotion on Instagram, one (1) from like/retweet promotion on X/Twitter, and one (1) from tag promotion on X/Twitter. The winners from the tag promotion on Instagram and X/Twitter will be chosen by random draw. The winner from like/retweet promotion on X/Twitter will be chosen by random draw using an online page. Each winner will receive one (1) prize from the Promoter. The winners will be contacted privately by 20 December 2025 via the Promoter’s social media account.
6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must:
1. Follow @SB19Official and @aftertherain_au on X; and
2. Like and retweet the designated post; OR
1. Take a photo with one (1) of the limited frames under "SB19 - First Time in Perth" promotion in Pai Pai Films; and
2. Share the photo on Instagram; and
3. Tag @paipaifilms and @aftertherain.events on Intstagram; OR
1. Take a photo with one (1) of the limited frames under "SB19 - First Time in Perth" promotion in Pai Pai Films; and
2. Share the photo on X/Twitter; and
3. Tag @aftertherain_au on X/Twitter.
